Fungus is great! Whilst taking my husband out for some exercise I spotted this rather striking example snaking round the tree like a set of stairs (childhood mode, on). Returning home complete with ruddy cheeks I sat down and started making some new pieces for my Etsy store and an up coming fair (details tbc).

It would appear that this lovely fungus has had more influence on my creations that I may have credited.....

So, Sildara has been up and running for a few months now but the crash has slowed me down a bit. I'm getting back into the habit of creating and listing during the day rather than the wee hours (and sleeping instead - more important). I'm also experimenting with a new line which will be test driven by my very own invalid before offering publicly. Keep an eye open here for a sneaky peek!
